The main inspiration is jewelry ( Bulgari-Bucellati) and all metal decorations and stone cuttings are those of the best Italian jewelry handicraft. All our products are rigorously “Handmade in Italy” by the best artisans in Lazio, Emilia,Marche and Tuscany. The use of metal hammerings, weldings, and sculptural elements gives our accessories a jewelry feel. Metal is the true star of d’Inzillo pieces: the richness of our metal decorations blends with our glam rock manufacture creating our unique style. d’Inzillo’s collection is very “Haute Couture” and reminiscent of glamorous, “Bigger than Life” Hollywood celebrities. The inspiration is Rock in a luxury-couture version.The glam flair is showcased in our leather-goods manufacture as well: to match the superb craftsmanship of our metals we have chosen the best Roman Master Saddlers and their strict century-old craftsmanship methods. Hand-made stitchings, leather inlays, stripped edges, unlined insides-typical of the Roman Saddlery techniques- make our accessories purposely raw, sexy and “imperfect”. Traditional century-old Italian craftsmanship meets glam rock design! To us this is the secret of Made in Italy: the special chemistry and the magic that happens when designers and artisans work together.
Our Minaudieres embody to the utmost our love for metal and our glam style. They are handmade in the heart of Rome, near Piazza Navona in the ancient "Torre della Scimmia” in English 'Monkey Tower". It’s a magical place, full of legends and history of Renaissance Rome. This is where we teamed up with renowned artisan and artist Dante Mortet of the centuries-old handicraft workshop "Bottega Mortet”. They are made out of a single brass block and hammered and sculpted by hand. They are then coated either with a gold or silver finishing and lined in the inside with the finest nappa leather. It is a long process which requires both ancient and state of the art techniques that only a handful of artisans master. All minaudieres are numbered in the inside as there is only a limited quantity of them.
We first came up with the idea of a sculpted minaudiere while in Berlin, where we spend part of the year. We were inspired by some Jugenstil and Art Nouveau decorations in the hall of a beautiful old building in Charlottenburg. They were very beautiful and feminine and, despite their age, very bold and modern. In a cafe' near our house in Mitte we made our first sketch of a minaudiere with a sculpted cheetah-shaped handle. We chose the cheetah, the fastest animal on earth and sadly an endangered species, as a symbol of elegance, movement, beauty, strength and new beginnings. This is an amazing, unique, Haute Couture accessory, a real piece of jewelry, reminiscent of Hollywood celebrities’ glamour.

Cuciture, intarsi, tagli a vivo, bordi scarniti, interni sfoderati-elementi tipici della Selleria Romana- conferiscono ai nostri accessori  un aspetto rude, sexy e volutamente “imperfetto".L’artigianato tradizionale italiano si fonde con il nostro design glam rock! Le nostre Minaudieres incarnano al massimo il nostro amore per il metallo. Sono fatte a mano nel cuore di Roma vicino a Piazza Navona nell'antica Torre della Scimmia. È un posto magico, pieno di storia e di leggende della Roma rinascimentale.
È qui che abbiamo collaborato con il famoso artigiano artista Dante Mortet della antica "Bottega Mortet”. Sono fatte da un unico blocco di ottone e poi martellate e scolpite a mano. Vengono poi rifinite o in oro o in argento e foderate all'interno con una mappa pregiata.
E' un procedimento lungo che richiede tecniche sia antiche che all'avanguardia, che solo pochi artigiani conoscono.Tutte le minaudiere sono numerate al loro interno e la produzione è limitata. 
L'idea di una minaudiere scolpita ci è venuta a Berlino, dove abitiamo parte dell'anno. Ci hanno ispirato delle decorazioni Jugenstil e Art Nouveau all'interno di un bel palazzo d'epoca a Charlottenburg. Molto belle e femminili, ma contemporaneamente molto “bold” e moderne.
In un caffè vicino al nostro appartamento a Mitte abbiamo fatto il primo sketch di una minaudiere con un ghepardo scolpito come manico. Abbiamo scelto il ghepardo, l'animale più veloce al mondo e purtroppo in via d'estinzione, come simbolo di eleganza, bellezza, forza e rinascita.
Questo è un accessorio unico, un vero e proprio gioiello, molto Haute Couture che richiama il glamour delle celebrities di Hollywood.
